2.1 Senior Insurance Services

We offer personalized consultations, policy setup, plan reviews, and ongoing support tailored to seniors. Each service is arranged by appointment.

2.2 Information Products

Our information products include digital guides, webinars, and resource materials designed to help seniors understand their coverage options. Delivery is immediate upon purchase.

2.3 Goods

We sell branded merchandise such as apparel and accessories. All goods are quality-checked before dispatch.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase or booking. We accept major methods as indicated at checkout or during appointment scheduling.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 7 days before the appointment date, we will issue a full return of payment to your original method within 14 days. For cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the appointment, a 50% return of payment is available. Cancellations less than 3 days before the appointment are not eligible for a return of payment. You may request one complimentary rescheduling of your service within 30 days of the original date, subject to availability. Once a service has commenced, it is deemed fulfilled and no return is possible.

4.2 Information Products

Due to the nature of digital delivery, information products are non-refundable once access is granted or downloads begin. If you encounter a defect or cannot access the material, contact us via the Contact Form for review. If we confirm a delivery error, we will either replace the item or issue store credit towards another eligible purchase.

4.3 Goods

Physical merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a return of payment to the original payment method within 14 days or offer an interaction for the same item. Goods damaged by misuse or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
